For us, your eye health is paramount. That's why all Velia sunglasses lenses feature a UV400 protection filter, blocking 100% of ultraviolet radiation (UVA and UVB).
Furthermore, all our frames are approved by the European Union and meet the highest quality standards, guaranteeing the CE mark and the strict European standard for eye protection (European Standard EN ISO 12312-1). This way, you can enjoy the sun with complete peace of mind and visual safety.
To keep your Velia glasses as good as new, we recommend following these simple tips:
- Cleaning: Always use the soft cloth or chamois we provide. It is preferable to avoid using water, soaps, or harsh chemical products, as they could damage the finish of the lenses.
- Protection: Always carry and store your glasses in their original case to protect them from possible impacts and dirt.
- Precautions: Avoid leaving them exposed to intense heat sources for extended periods (such as, for example, forgotten on the dashboard of a car in mid-summer).
- Anti-Scratch Treatment: Although our lenses have an anti-scratch coating that improves their resistance to daily wear and tear and small impacts, to prolong their useful life and keep this coating intact, it is essential never to leave them face down on the lenses or drag them across hard surfaces.
ORDER & DELIVERY
We work to ensure you receive your Velia as soon as possible. Orders placed before 1:00 PM (on working days) leave our warehouse the same day. Our rates and estimated delivery times are:
- Spain (Peninsula): €4.99 (Delivery within 48-72 working hours). FREE shipping on orders over €50!
- Balearic Islands: €4.99 (Delivery within 48 hours to 4 working days). FREE shipping on orders over €50!
- Canary Islands: €11.99 (Delivery times subject to customs).
- European Union: The cost is automatically calculated at checkout (Delivery within 4-6 working days).
Once your package is prepared and scanned by the shipping agency, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you always know where your glasses are.

We prepare orders very quickly. If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your purchase, please email us as soon as possible at support@veliaeyewear.com. Once the order has left our facilities (usually at 1:00 PM), we cannot guarantee modifications. If the package cannot be delivered due to an error in the provided address, the customer will be responsible for the costs of the new shipment.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We want you to find the perfect glasses for you. That's why you have an extended period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return. The product must show no signs of use and include all its original tags, box, protective case, and cleaning cloth. To read the full return policy, click HERE
To request a return, send an email to support@veliaeyewear.com with your order number and we will provide you with instructions. Except in cases of defective products, the shipping costs to return the package to our facilities are borne by the customer. To read the full return policy, click HERE
Once we receive and verify the product in our warehouse, you can choose between two options:
- Velia Credit (Recommended): We will refund 100% of the item's amount immediately via a non-expiring code to spend in our online store.
- Original refund: We will refund the money to the same payment method you used (card, PayPal, etc.) within 7 to 10 business days.
If you make a partial return of an order subject to an offer (such as a 2-for-1 or a multi-buy discount), the promotion will be voided. The refund will be calculated by subtracting the original Retail Price (RRP) of the product you keep from the total amount you paid.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
You can pay 100% securely by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other methods enabled through our secure gateway Shopify Payments.
If your payment could not be processed, don't worry, it is usually due to one of these common reasons:
- Security block: Sometimes, banks temporarily block online purchases on new sites as a precaution. Contact your bank or access your banking app to authorize the transaction.
- Insufficient funds or exceeded limit: Make sure you have sufficient balance or have not exceeded your card's daily online purchase limit.
- Typographical errors: Double-check that the card number, expiration date, and CVV code are exactly correct.
- Geographic restrictions: Check that the card you are using was issued in the same country from which you are trying to make the purchase.
The total amount of your purchase will be charged to your account once the order and payment are processed and approved by the system.
Immediately after completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your glasses leave our warehouse, we will send you a second email with tracking information.
Tip: If you do not receive the first email within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please write to us at support@veliaeyewear.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Your security is our top priority. All transactions on Velia are encrypted and handled directly through our secure payment provider (Shopify Payments), complying with the strictest banking regulations.
Your card details are sent directly in encrypted form to the bank. No one, including the Velia team, has access to or stores your financial information at any time.
Discount codes are exclusively for purchases on our official website and are active for a limited time only.
You can enter your code on the payment screen (Checkout), just before completing your purchase. If you notice that the discount is not applied automatically, please ensure that the code is still valid and that the items in your cart meet the promotion's conditions.
If your code is valid but the website does not accept it, do not pay yet! Write to us at support@veliaeyewear.com so we can review it and apply it correctly.
PRODUCT AND WARRANTY
Of course! We have complete confidence in the quality of our materials. That's why all our glasses come with a 3-year Velia Guarantee that protects you against any manufacturing defect or faulty assembly of the frame.
We want you to take your Velia glasses on all your adventures, but remember that this guarantee is designed to support original quality. Therefore, we cannot cover damage caused by normal daily wear and tear (such as small scratches on the lenses), accidents, breakages from drops, or exposure to extreme heat.
- Secure Delivery Guarantee: Furthermore, if your package experiences any mishaps during transport and your glasses arrive damaged, the solution is immediate. You just need to notify us within 48 hours, attaching photos of the packaging, and we will take care of everything.
We want you to take your Velia with you on all your adventures, but this warranty is designed to cover manufacturing quality. Therefore, it does not cover any of the following:
- Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, exposure to extreme heat (such as leaving them on a car dashboard), or natural disasters.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by improper use, accidents, or lack of care (impacts, crushing, frame breakage, scratches, or lens breakage).
- Defects and damage due to natural wear and tear from daily and continuous use of the product.
- Damage caused by improper handling by third parties (e.g., attempting to change the lenses, forcing the temples, or cleaning with abrasive chemicals).
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, please write to us at support@veliaeyewear.com, stating your order number and attaching photos or videos clearly showing the defect. Our team will promptly assess it to provide you with a solution.
- Secure Delivery Guarantee: If your package has suffered any mishap during transport and your glasses arrive damaged upon opening them, the solution is immediate. You just need to notify us within a maximum of 48 hours from delivery, attaching photos of the packaging and the damaged item, and we will arrange for its replacement.
